Our work constantly challenges us. There are always new hurdles to overcome, we fail, experience rejection, discover unknown terrain.

We would like to have new approaches to challenges for which we have no answer yet, whether it is to solve a customer need in a new way or to make processes faster and more efficient with digital technologies.

One of the first and most basic mindfulness exercises is the raisin exercise. Since I’m not such a raisin fan, I prefer chocolate.

The health benefits of regular meditation are now undisputed. Stress, anxiety, pain or high blood pressure can be alleviated.
